Nathalie Vallet’s paper “Becoming partners in urban development: A case-study research on the strategic roles of Flemish and Dutch public libraries in the future development of cities” published in Library Management has been selected by the journal’s Editorial Team as the winner of the The Alexander Wilson Award as it was the Outstanding Paper of 2013. The paper will be freely available for one year.
